    They are built for fast underwriting-style screening: you supply the numbers you trust (rent, taxes, insurance, financing). Always confirm with comps, inspections, and your lender before you bind capital—the AI summarizes and stress-tests your inputs, it does not replace an appraisal.
  • Why do Street View or satellite previews sometimes fail?
    Previews use Google Maps Platform from the server. Production setups should use GOOGLE_MAPS_SERVER_KEY restricted by server IP (not HTTP referrer). If imagery is missing at a lat/lng, Street View coverage may not exist for that pin—try the address geocoded on the analyzer.
  • How many free AI analyses can I run per day?
    The free tier includes a limited number of AI analyses per day (see in-app messaging). Unlimited runs and deeper workflows are available on paid tiers from the pricing page.
  • Do you store my property addresses?
    Standard runs are processed for the AI response; follow retention practices described in the privacy policy. For listing URL import, treat pasted links as sensitive and verify extracted fields manually when sites block automated fetch.
