How does the 3-day trial work?
Paid Checkout subscriptions start with a 3-day trial before Stripe charges the subscription (unless your team disables trials in env). After trial, billing follows the monthly or annual Price you selected.
When I choose annual billing, what does Stripe charge?
Stripe Checkout collects one payment for the full billing period on your annual Price — i.e. a single yearly charge (for example one invoice for the whole year), not twelve separate monthly payments. The “per month” figure on our pricing page is a monthly equivalent for comparison only.
How does annual pricing save money?
Your annual Stripe Price should be set lower than paying month-by-month for 12 months. We display an approximate monthly equivalent so you can compare tiers side-by-side; your Stripe receipt shows the actual annual total.
Is it a contract?
No long-term contract. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled before renewal. Annual plans are prepaid; the 30-day money-back guarantee applies after you convert from trial to paid.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is the difference between Essential, Professional, and Elite?

Monthly billing can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual memberships are prepaid; the 30-day guarantee applies from when your paid period begins after trial.
Do free users get the same analyzers?
Yes — all property, flip, BRRRR, and renovation analyzers are available on the free tier with the same engine; only daily volume differs.
