Membership Terms
Essential, Professional, and Elite memberships are billed monthly or annually after any stated trial. Annual memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee after conversion from trial to paid. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund previous billing periods except as covered by the guarantee.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Fresno County, California.
