These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToInvested.com and all related tools, content, and services operated by YPN Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ToInvested.com, you agree to these Terms.

By using ToInvested.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Bitcoin Analyzer — halving cycle and allocation sizing tools
• Educational blog content and investor resources
• Wealth Builder membership program

4. User Accounts and Membership

Some features require creating an account or purchasing a Wealth Builder membership. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

Membership fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact david@toinvested.com for billing questions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI tools or content
• Misrepresent analysis results generated by our tools
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems or access paid features without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any form or tool

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ToInvested.com — including text, tools, code, graphics, logos, and AI-generated analysis — is owned by YPN Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any property data you enter into our tools. By using our tools, you grant us a limited license to process that data to generate your analysis results.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

ToInvested.com may contain links to third-party websites and affiliate product recommendations. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YPN Inc. and David J. Moore, MBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ToInvested.com, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or reliance on any analysis generated by our tools.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YPN Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of ToInvested.com.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
