AI analysis inputs (property addresses, financial figures) are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com for how they handle API data.
Email addresses collected through analysis saves or contact forms are used to: send your requested analysis, respond to inquiries, and (with consent) send investor education content. We never sell your email address.
ToInvested.com participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program (affiliate tag: investor023-20) and other affiliate programs. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe add value for investors.
We use localStorage (browser storage) to save your API keys, analysis count, and preferences. This data never leaves your device. We use session cookies for the A/B testing engine (variant assignment). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We use: Anthropic API (AI analysis), Google Maps API (Street View), Formspree (contact forms), Stripe (payments), Kit/ConvertKit (email). Each has their own privacy policy governing data they receive.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing david@toinvested.com. Browser-stored data can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.
